Lott Legacy Inc.

I know firsthand what it means to rise from uncertainty into purpose. Having grown up in the foster care system, I carry a deep understanding of how vital it is for young people to have stability, guidance, and someone who believes in their potential. That understanding is the foundation of Lott Legacy Inc., the nonprofit I founded to help
youth, especially those aging out of foster care. We want to help them build confidence, learn life skills, gain confidence, and have the
community they need to thrive.

As Founder and Executive Director, I lead with both compassion and strategy. My focus is on creating programs that merge life and job readiness, creative wellness, and mentorship, ensuring every participant feels seen, supported, and capable of achieving their goals.

I am passionate about transforming transition into legacy, helping young adults not
only find their footing but discover their purpose. Whether through hands-on workshops, community partnerships, or everyday encouragement, I’m driven by one mission: to show that where you start doesn’t define where you’re going.
